The AMI Difference

Being accredited by the Association Montessori Internationale is what makes a Montessori school an authentic learning experience for your child. The name “Montessori” was never protected, which unfortunately led to many uninformed Montessori schools materializing around the world; trying to associate themselves with the Montessori name and approach. In light of this, Maria Montessori, along with her son Mario Montessori, created the Association Montessori Internationale in 1929 to preserve her life’s work. Since then, the AMI is the highest standard in Montessori Education around the world.

At Montessori Monarch, only individuals with AMI Training work within our environment. We have impeccable standards for both the tangible and intangible environment, ensuring they follow the Montessori Philosophy closely to ensure children continue to benefit from the positive outcomes of an authentic classroom.
